Roman Catholic Church and Immigration

I hear all the bickering on television about the Catholic Church in America being pro-immigration. The Church is undoubtedly, if not solely pro Latino Immigration, due to Latino's overwhelmingly Catholic background. Now on the other hand, I seriously doubt the Catholic Church is open to immigration for those who are not Catholic. Therefore those who aren't Catholic will have a tough time gaining support from the Catholic church to immigrate to America.

The Catholic Church also needs to realize that over seas immigration to America is a modern nuisance. Even if the over seas immigrants are Catholic faith, the Catholic American's are starting to standing against such past immigration patterns. I wouldn't doubt that eventually the Catholic Church in America splits with the Roman Catholic Church of Italy, much like the split of the Greek Orthodox. If such a split occurred, it could signal troubled times for Muslims and Jews in America. Because the Roman Catholic Church in Italy is not going to push for a Inquisition in America of Jews and Muslims. On the other hand the Catholic Churches in America could someday push for a modern Inquisition of Jews and Muslims which could lead to their deportation of America. Without a doubt, I could see Roman Catholic churches thoughout Latin America starting an Inquistion if these Muslims and Jews that are widespread in the U.S. reach to their turf down south...
