Once legal abortion is over turned, men might be in court trying to sue women for wrongful death cases of their children. Isn't it strange? There could be a lot of poor women after all men start winning lawsuits. Women who had abortions could become dirt poor.
Today I listened to Senator Coburn from Oklahoma. He is one of the only medical doctors in the Senate. He explained that women that have had an abortion are more than twice as likely to commit suicide. He also mentioned that only about 3% of all abortions performed are related to; rape, fetal deformity, or incest. Whereas the rest of abortions are directly related to self desire.
One Senator today asked Judge Alito to explain the logic of this scenario. A woman that is pregnant walking down the street is struck by a vehicle and is killed. In many instances that is a double homicide. Yet it is not a homicide for a woman to choose to have an abortion. Doctors explain that once a heart is beating that a person is alive.
Abortions could become outlawed by the Supreme Court, but abortion rights will probably just be given back as a state right. States will determine legalization of abortion per state. Ah, the glory of having state rights. Without state rights we would'nt have the opportunity to have nearly as many test projects.

Stupid is an understatement of what the government would be if they overturn Roe v. Wade.
